Convenient location. Refrigerator in room.

Old and worn. No breakfast; only coffee in lobby.

Allowed our small dog ($15 per night). Near Virginia Tech, doggy day care, and restaurants. Price was lower than other nearby motels. Coffee was decent.

Cigarette smell in room and hallway. Cigarette burns in blanket in a NON-SMOKING room. Stains in bath tub. Broken places in wall. Rug had peanuts and other food between/beside the furniture

The man [owner? Manager?] Was very nice and accommodating in allowing us to check in 3 hours early. The price was very cheap compared to other area hotels on a graduation weekend, with no minimum stay. The fridge was nice plus.

Let's be honest. This is a Super 8. One doesn't go here for a 5 star experience. We wanted a place to shower, have a drink and rest our heads later and it served its purpose. However, the "blankets" were so thin they were nonexistent. Bring your own. Likewise, soaps were CRACKER THIN. Like I rubbed that bar into nothing on my washcloth in one shower. Ask for several on checkin or snag some if the cart is out. Our lamp fell apart when we turned it on, but, we weren't going to be sitting reading and the owner/manager removed it quickly. Photo of both busted lamp as well as clock showing it was early check in when we discovered it.

I stayed here only because it was one of the few hotels that was available. It was VT graduation weekend and hotels were booked and super expensive. This hotel needs a total renovation. It is outdated dirty and smelly. Carpeting is filthy and there is a mildew smell.

Good value for money. Nice diner for meals across the road.

I made reservations back in February and when I got to the hotel they said my room wasn’t ready, check in time was 3 and I was going to a concert. So I asked when will it be ready? They said I could try checking back after the concert!!! Try??? I already paid for the room and now you are saying I can try for a room at midnight basically?!?!?! They ended up giving me a smoking room (I don’t smoke) after I booked for non-smoking. The room we got was so dirty, looked like pee stains on the bed skirts, the chair in the room was all cut up, the lamps shades were and had yellow stains, the room smelled so bad I almost threw up. The fridge and microwave were plugged into a power strip that was plugged into a wall with no outlet cover.. electrical hazard. You couldnt turn the bathroom light on because it was so loud I was afraid someone would complain. I don’t even want to describe what the bathroom looked like. If it wasn’t for me going to a concert and just needed a place to rest afterwards for a few hours so I could drive my 8 hours home I would have slept in my car. I have pictures of this disgusting hotel, this place needs to be shut down I would never in this lifetime recommend or book this place again. Oh and they wanted a deposit!! For what did they think I was going to take their smelly stained stuff with me. The paper on the table was stuck to the dresser. Than goodness I travel with blankets because I was scared half to death of what might be under the covers!!!
