I arrived at the motel really needing to use a bathroom. There was none in the lobby area, so I had to wait until checked in to use the bathroom in the room. Very inconvenient - barely made it to the bathroom on time. There was no coffee maker and not even any cups to have a drink of water. The biggest issue was that hot water came out of both the cold and hot water faucets, and I mean it was HOT water. There was no way I could have taken a shower the next morning with water practically scalding hot coming out of the cold water faucet. By that time, I checked out of the motel and left. I was offered a different room, but was too angry to accept it.

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately this was our third stay at this particular location, but will be our last. Our first room had hot or hotter water in the sink and toilet, but in the morning we discovered there was no water in the shower. They moved us to a different room which had an overfull dehumidifier, a fist shaped "dent" in the wall and while we at least had cold water to brush teeth with, the shower was scalding hot or flesh melting hot. My hot tub at 104⁰ is cooler than the shower was. Someone came and took notes the dent and apologized for the overly hot water but that was it, no offer to rectify anything beyond that. If we had not already paid and used our credits on a non-refundable reservation, we would have gone to another hotel but we were already out the money so we were stuck.

Inside of the hotel was nice ! Room looked decent , breakfast area was nice

Shower did not work at all !!!!!!!!!!!!! Very very upset about that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did not find that out till early morning!!!!!!!!
