Super 8 by Wyndham Wells

It is very kind of the staff to change a quiet room for me.

Trailer was being fixed next door so needed a place to sleep for one night. Manager was very rude! Tried to get me to pay again even though I had already paid. We needed a later checkout the next day. My checking out online stated it was. A $20 charge. When we went to pay it was told by rude manager it was $25. That it had just gone up. Would not honor the website price. Also, breakfast was packaged muffin.

Old building in delapitated condition. Bathtub was painted with some wierd textured paint.

Very clean and nice large rooms. Heard train a few times otherwise quiet. Breakfast could have been better if included eggs, fruit, and yogurt. Minimal choices but, good coffee.

Very helpful desk clerk.

What do you think I’m gonna say. I emailed you within an hour of making an accidental purchase. Expedia mobile app failed and purchased from you guys when I was in a different town. Your reputation on that site says that you reply within an hour. I left you a message you didn’t reply. I called back the next day and then you called at a no-show. Horrible service. I’m never gonna stay at a super eight again wasted $75. Even though I stayed at another, super eight in Elko, you guys should do better.

This hotel is nearing the end of it's useful life.

Convenient overnight stay after long day of driving. Comfortable bed in a large clean room. The facility shows some wear and could use some finish upgrades, but it was comfortably functional.
