Nice people, good place to stay

It was great for middle of nowhere Nevada and when you’ve been driving for 10 hours. The room had a dirty feel to it but they offered a simple breakfast and answered all our questions.

The place was dirty. The staff not very friendly or helpful. They got the job done but acted like it was a bother. The room was in bad need of maintenance. I would not take a shower there. They had no king sized beds. The only redeeming thing was that the bed was comfortable

Just what a weary traveler on a budget needs for a good night's rest.

I don’t book for this price at a Super8 with any expectation it should be like an experience at the Four Seasons. Still, there is a difference between meager and filthy. The tub had multiple strings of hair in it from past guests as well as clumps of used soap from their visit in the tub. Key cards were so worn down it was almost impossible to access the room. The toilet was filthy. I shared my feedback and never heard back from owners.

I asked you several times to cancel our reservation! You no longer have a phone number accessible, so I couldn't contact anyone! Your "virtual assistant is worthless! It several times asked if I needed to cancel but I couldn't reply, it wouldn't let me type in anything! Worst service I've ever had! I even called the hotel directly and told them we couldn't make it 24 hours in advance of our expected arrival but they said they can't cancel the reservation because it had to be done thru Hotels.com!

Breakfast needs improvement

Room was extremely cold when we pulled in and it took a couple of hours to warm up! Air gaps around door, toilet seat needs replacing bathroom sink tap needs repair, breakfast not so good and coffee was barely warm! Hotel needs work!

We had stayed here in the past with no issue, but this experience was so bad we didn't even stay the night. The room was brutally cold, and the wallmount heater wasn't keeping up. The room had a funky odor, the bathroom was in poor repair, and some spots in the floor were squishy. I question the security offered by the front door. The cleanliness was fine, but no way were we going to be comfortable, so we left. Upon checkout, the front desk staff was quite rude despite the fact we didn't even intend to ask for a refund. Also, know that the hotel prefers cash for pet fees.
