We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Best Jacaranda. The hotel is exactly as described, with a very good location, close to everything you may need during a holiday. The food was very good, varied and plentiful, with many options available every day. We also appreciated the swimming pools, especially the warm water pool for children, which was perfect for our little one. A special thank you to Ana from the reception team. She was extremely kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. She always welcomed us with a smile, had a lot of patience and gave us many useful recommendations whenever we needed assistance. Her attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her support. Thank you, Ana, and thank you to the Best Jacaranda team! We highly recommend this hotel.

Hello. I will remember my stay at the hotel very fondly. What influenced my review was the friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurants, who were always smiling and eager to help. The room was always clean, and the cleaning ladies were incredibly nice. The hotel's location is perfect, close to everything. For less demanding guests who prefer to spend time by the pool, there are several pools here. Everyone will surely find something to enjoy. As for the meals, there's something for everyone, always a buffet, and the themed dinners are a big plus. Warmest regard’s to all the staff who helper make my say unforgettably.

I was apprehensive about this hotel. I had read some very negative reviews prior to our departure. We arrived later than scheduled at night. Check in was easy and we had been given an accessible room as requested. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and conducive to a good nights sleep. The blockout curtains were very effective and the floor we stayed on was quiet. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in, mid height taps and shower seat if needed. Hot water was plentiful and water pressure was good. The towels were not marked or threadbare. They too were spotlessly clean and fit for purpose. Our room and balcony were cleaned and floors mopped daily during our stay. The pool area was clean with a plentiful supply of loungers. The grounds were interspersed with tropical plants and flowers providing bursts of colour..The unexpected surprise was the restaurant. It was well planned and spacious. It’s designated tables for disabled and guests with limited mobility.. these tables were placed closer to the buffet area. Yes the food is buffet style. There was always pasta dishes and beef burgers and chips. The remainder of the choices were varied a different roast meat daily, seafood including crayfish and prawns, stir fry’s. There was a plentiful supply cold meats, cheese and bread. The presentation was lovely and often interspersed with flowers. Water, non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks were available. Considering the size of the resort and the number of guests catered for it never once felt like canteen mass produced food or food of a poorer quality.. The hotel needed a littleTLC in a few areas. There were some cracked floor tiles near the lifts..The decor was lovely but the colour scheme a little dated. Nevertheless the communal areas we kept clean, tidy and litter free. The jewel in the crown of this hotel has to be the stall. All staff encountered throughout our stay were pleasant and helpful and had the best needs of their guests at heart. Queries and requests were dealt with efficiently. Many went above and beyond their duties to help. This enhanced our stay. We have nothing negative today about our personal experience of staying at the lovely Best Jacaranda hotel.

Thanks to Eduardo / Mattia / Dario and all the team for helping give the children such a good experience on there first trip abroad - we really enjoyed our time here Every member of staff in the restaurant/ bars / reception are very friendly and accommodating If I’m honest the arcade wasn’t great very few machines worked and there are no out of order signage so you waste money or time having to get it back, that area is also not the cleanest despite being for children but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back!

Very friendly staff and animation team like Dario, Mattia, Eduardo, Adrien, Mimmi and Yannis. helpful with children , good views and atmosphere, would recommend to others
