Buena ubicación. Habitación muy bien. Cama muy cómoda y grande. Y el personal estupendo.

Al salir al balcón, un cementerio delante. Eso queda bastante feo. Cogimos media pensión. Desayuno bien, pero la cena bastante mal. Muy pobre el bufet. Escaso y nada apetecible.

"Hotel perfecto para visitar Puerto de la Cruz y alrederores"

El personal de recepción fue muy agradable. Nos informaron muy bien de todo lo que necesitábamos saber. Quisimos cambiar una de las almohadas y en seguida atendieron la petición. El segundo día cogimos el desayuno por 12€ y era un buffet muy completo y muy rico todo.

El baño era muy grande pero cuando te duchabas se mojaba el inodoro y parte del suelo de lo cerca que estaban.

"Una estancia muy satisfactoria"

Las instalaciones son cómodas y las habitaciones amplias, tantobla habitación como el baño y silenciosas. La cama es cómoda t facilita el descanso. Tiene una piscina con terraza muy relajante. Está a dos minutos del intercambiador de autobuses y el desayuno es variados con suficientes opciones. Además la relación calidad/precio inmejorable
