Todo genial, buena ubicación con aparcamiento cerca si alquilas coche y una explanada a 5 minutos. Buena ubicación para ir andando a la mayoría de lugares en Puerto de la Cruz

Una de las ventanas no tenía persiana y mi habitación daba al recibidor por lo que temprano se escuchaba el ruido, pero no nos importó porque madrugábamos para visitar la isla

The location is very good. The reception area is very beautiful, the staff were nice and helped us find parking beforehand. The breakfast was very varied and good. The room is big, clean and has a nice terrace.

The door to the terrace cannot be safely closed or locked so we didn't feel safe. We had to rent the safe box in our room to keep our valuables. The amenities are very basic, there is no water kettle and no cups. There is no parking directly at the location, but this was clearly explained beforehand.
