Les falta renovar las tv...son muy antiguas..y las .toallas... hace falta..y .no ofrecen shampoo....

The elderly lady working was very kind and helpful with information about things nearby.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready, however it was listed as available. The bathroom was very dirty, so I wasn't able to shower. The kitchen sink was very dirty, and on her way out of the room, she grabbed the coffee pot because it was dirty and still had a lot of coffee from the previous tenant. When I mentioned that the place was dirty, she said it's because it was Sunday, so nobody was there to clean. This should not have listed. Very disappointing.

The location is good but don’t stay here . It is dirty old , no hot water , bed is not comfortable and the place is a lot smaller than what’s advertised.

Location, quiet, but at $520.US for a week vastly overpriced and they only take cash pesos. The elderly couple seem incapable of maintaining the place

It is filthy. The floors were so dirty, especially in corners, underned and around refrigerator. Blanket had stains. Bathroom floor and toilet were very dirty and toilet did not flush solid waste without using a bucket of water. Housekeeping almost non-existant and the last two days they did nothing, including not emptying trash bins, including one for toilet paper. The mosquitos were terrible. My worst hotel experience in Mexico

The área was very close to all the activities near downton. The lady in charge was very sweet and placent.

The room itself needs some work. Some furniture to old and rusty. The fan was not working and maiking a lot of noise and there was a lot of mosquitos, no cold water in the shower.

Only the location

Everything! It's one of the worst stays I've had in my life. We had made the reservation for one room (2 beds) and received a different one with a single bed. You can forget about hot water, the room is super simple and outdated. They don't accept credit cards and the owner is very rude and intense. It's overpriced compered to what you get. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

Good value for a night or two. Good location for a budget-stay to explore Oaxaca - it does the job.

Better options in the city and for similar budget, rooms and facilities weren't great but did the job.

Hot water takes ten minutes to turn warm, the windows don’t close so mosquitos get in.
