Caribbean Palm Village Resort

Caribbean Palm Village ha sido el resort que he visitado durante muchos años, habia transcurrido 6 años desde la ultima vez que vine. En esta oportunidad me llevo un sabor agridulce porque la habitación no estaba en tan buenas condiciones como en ocasiones anteriores especificamente con el aire acondicionado el cual se apagaba todo el tiempo, no se puede regular manualmente y cada vez que llamaba a recepción para expresar que no funcionaba como lo esperado el trato fue hostil y grosero hasta decir que yo estaba jugando con su tiempo! Por llamar varias veces y ellos alegaban que estaba resuelto cuando no era asi, hasta que vino mantenimiento y se dieron cuenta que no estaba resuelto. Con respecto a la limpieza no me puedo quejar, fue todo muy bien! Esta oportunidad no fue lo que esperaba, espero que logren mejorar pero honestamente no se si vuelva a ir y mucho menos por lo que pague

Beautiful and well maintained hotel

Be carful they will scam your kids at the bars for drinks. They will purposely wait the time out so instead of the kids drinks being six dollars for two they will charge you $10 apiece for the drinks. Also the dryers in the facility did not work right and you have to keep pumping tokens into them cost almost $20 in tokens to dry one load.

We stayed here in December 2024 and after reading some concerning reviews I was a little apprehensive about what to expect! We were pleasantly surprised and delighted at how good this place really was. None of the poor reviews we had read were correct from our point of view. Room was neat, clean and good size. Very comfortable beds and linens were regularly changed without asking. Clean towels every day. Beach towels were also provided every day and loungers were provided at the beach compliments of the resort. Any small issues we had were addressed promptly. Good laundry facilities. Well appointed kitchenette with good supply of glass ware etc. Poolside loungers and pool very good. Restaurant was excellent with great service. All staff on site were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this place we had a thoroughly enjoyable time here. This is our 2nd time at this resort and would definitely stay here again.

If you're committed to staying only at one of the "name" resorts in Aruba, don't bother reading any further. We've been timeshare owners at CPVR for 20 years, and couldn't be more satisfied. First, it's a great upgraded facility with huge rooms, large pools, hot tubs, convenience store, restaurant and bars, rent-a-car desk, parking, etc. It's clean, secure, quiet, and with a responsive and caring staff. No, it's not on the beach, but when we want to brave those crowds, we just drive 5 minutes to whichever one we like (we prefer Eagle Beach). It's also an easy walk to fabulous restaurants, fast food, stores, and the "strip" near the big hotels. Second (and importantly), the "trading power" of these units is just as great as any of the big names. We've had no trouble trading for weeks all over the world, in some fabulous properties. And all this for a FRACTION of what you'll spend for a timeshare in one of the giant high rises. This is the best way to experience Aruba!

Spacious and clean accommodations! There are 2 swimming pools and jacuzzis. We barbecued one evening- it was just great. Shuttle service to beaches. Excellent staff, and lots of activities. We would book here again. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

This resort allows people to list units and scam travelers. Booked a unit on VRBO for our family. When we arrived during a massive rain event the property management told us that the person listing the units does in fact own there but has been just taking booking after booking when there is no availability. They refused to call the police and report the issue. We were left completely abandoned with no place to stay at 6pm on a Friday with a 1 yo and 4 yo. Management was completely complicit and refused to contact authorities or help resolve the issue.

Beautiful, I loved everything about this place. I have recommended to stay here to everyone who asked about my vacation.

RRoom could use some updates, pools, etc were great. The resturant was very good!!!
