Caribbean Palm Village Resort

STAYING AT CARIBBEAN PALM VILLAGE RESORT WAS A LAST MINUTE GET AWAY AND I DONT REGRET IT. FROM THE SECURITY AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF EVERYONE WAS WARM AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO THIS RESORT TO EACH AND EVERYONE. I LOVE ARUBA

Place is clean , staff is nice

A wonderful, friendly place! Always feel like we are popping back into 'home' when we arrive for a week...can't wait to get back here! The staff is really outstanding, the property is well taken care of and the accomodations are comfortable!

We missed our flight and booked with them for one night. The front desk clerk was really friendly and the grounds crew along with security was very helpful. A little outdated for me with the rooms but were clean and fully furnished. Not bad for a one night stay.

Best trip ever

Stayed in 2022 for a month. We didn’t have many issues with this place so we decided to book a month long trip once again in August 2024. Boy was that a mistake. Beds are terrible. The hotel is located by a busy road so it is loud with cars and motorcyles reving their engines at all times of the night. They got rid of the braclets for guests that are staying at the hotel. They ended up bringing them back in before our trip came to end. The issue with that was before the braclets they let locals stay for a discounted rate to fill the empty rooms. One family will book a room and then use the back door which never has security to bring in multiple familes to use the pools and bars. The weekends get packed with locals because of this and they are not even guest of the hotel. On top it these are some of the most disrespectful people with kids ever. They let their kids roam and do whatever while they are inside the rooms partying it up. One day there was even a fight between a local and a individual from the states. Security had to jump in the pool to break it up. Cops showed up. Now on to the next issue is the Karens. These elder women and men that own a timeshare at the hotel. They think that they are better then everyone else and watch every little thing your kids do. You can not even have your kids swim and use the pool without them complaining about things. Example: one of them was complaing about kids getting her book wet while she is in the POOL READING IT!!! It’s a pool for christ sake. Then it got even better the last week of our stay they decided to shut the pool bar down completley because some genius that runs this place thought its a great idea to give his only TWO bartenders the same week off! The bar pool is always dirty. The area around the pool always has garbage everywhere and the pool guys walk right by it. Example cups lying everywhere and napkings and straws. The building they put us in was always packed with locals for the weekend and we were downstairs. The people up above us were always partying and making noise. We had a 5 month old that was woken up multiple times a night almost every night. The house keeps don’t really clean the rooms well, just a light sweep. My kids had worms under their beds. My wife would clean our room just because the housekeepers barely did. What a difference two years made for this property! We will not be back ever again as well as multiple other people who we spoke with that were staying at the resort. They even tried to offer us one free week for our next stay. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN EVEN IF YOU OFFERED A MONTH OF FREE STAY. We love Aruba and tried to stay off the property as much as possible during our month long trip just so we can enjoy. We left and came back to the states exhausted because we were not able to enjoy our vacation and rest.

I came as a solo traveler and everyone was so welcoming and nice. The front desk called all my taxis services and made sure I was okay throughout my stay.

Ok so property is dated could use a lift. I will not give it more than a 3 star rating, I was a guest of member, and no one tried to sell me or call me with offers for a unit. I here there are some foreclosures available. I feel the staff was helpful especially Evelyn Jasmine fromt desk and Kyree Diego Arisely at Restaurant and bar. Also David Kevin Jose Sercurity are great. Please take into consideration the face lift I would visit again aruba not in this resort.

Weather is always great! Nice restaurant the kids had a lot of fun in the pool

When we checked in there was Black Mold on the bathroom shower ceiling. This bathroom was connected to our bedroom. They did not offer us another room they simply came in to clean it. Unfortunately the cleaning was inadequate and the Black Mold returned during our stay!! We were told the only person in a supervisory capacity was the housekeeping manager; who had no authority beyond cleaning!! We were provided no compensation, no accommodation or contact from corporate regarding the resort Black Mold! Beware avoid this resort Black Mold is a danger to your health!!!
