The Lodge at Mount Snow

We stayed over night to ski at Mt Snow. The Lodge was very convenient to Mt Snow and was clean. The front desk girl was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, great shower and great towels. The few negatives were horrible in room coffee and very cheap toilet paper. Neither negative was a big deal but could easily be fixed. Good value. Great location.

The lodge was excellent! The rooms & main areas were all clean, smelled good, & perfectly decorated to give the lodge feel! Everyone was friendly & the rooms were warm when we arrived. It’s less than 4 mins from Mount Snow which made it easy to get in and out to ski/explore. The Tavern was closed at this time but we were able to chill in the dining area which was well decorated with great views. We will definitely be back!!

The front desk staff was excellent.

Stayed on the first floor. Was very loud with people just walking on second floor.

I am thrilled to have found this place, which is five miles down the road from some family that’s recently moved to the area. The staff was uniformly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It’s just perfect as a casual lodge for skiing or other outdoor trips with a cozy tavern and clean, well-appointed rooms. Our only complaint was that the room was very hot and somewhat stuffy, and my husband said your breakfast coffee was too weak for him. Therefore, no real problems! We’ll be back.

TV problems made check in a disappointment…. Helpful staff worked to get us a room with a working TV…

What an odd experience. The check in at 7pm consisted of a sealed envelope with nobody in sight. First time I have ever checked in some where and not been greeted by anyone. The inside and room were ok. More of a modern decor with none of the new england charm. Room had a coffee maker and once we removed the last guests used coffee pod and gave it a rinse it was ok. The restaurant / lounge was closed while we were there so who knows. Two out of three nights we were awoken by people shouting in the hallway. Check out was just as impersonal as check in. The girl at reception told us to just stick the keys in the box… no “how was your stay” or anything. Place was ok but we probably won’t be returning

I have been wanting to come to Vermont for 2 years now! My husband decided to surprise me on my birthday and booked a trip at The Lodge Mount Snow. Let me start off by saying the view is absolutely gorgeous!!! Vermont is a must see in the Fall time or any other season, but I think it’s the prettiest during Fall season particularly because of the colorful trees. Truly breath taking. Our stay at the lodge was perfect!!! We checked in a little late due to traffic long hours of drive (about 5 hours) I called ahead of time to let them know I would come in later in the evening. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and walked me through everything. At first, she told me nobody would be at the front desk- I was a bit worried when I heard no one would accommodate me BUT then she told me the pin to enter the Lodge and a key was waiting for us at the front desk. How convenient!! :) Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable for both my husband and I. The staff went out of their way to make my birthday a little bit more special by leaving a bday card and left cute notes on it. It’s the little things. My only complaint would be that there was no hot water at night. When we checked in the morning, the hot water came right back on. Over all, it was a beautiful place to stay in. I would def come back here!

Staff was very nice but there wasn't a lot of them. We found that true every where in Vt. not enough people want to work.
