The Lodge at Mount Snow

Enjoyed our stay! Except for two things: huge puddle at entrance when we arrived so it was impossible to walk in front door. Saw a few people actually step into 6” of water in leather boots so decided not to step in myself. After asking the staff did put up a sign providing some warning of the problem. But they really had a “can’t do anything about it” point of view. Breakfast was great except that it opened at 8am!?! Huh? At a ski resort most people are up early to get out and skiing early! People were literally lined up at 8am to get in - mad rush. They should open at 7:30am or even 7:45am would be better. Rooms also had a smell of wet equipment/clothes. Fortunately my nose adjusted and it didn’t bother me any more. But nice view from room, comfortable beds, generally nice. I would stay again in hope those things would be remedied!

Great place to stay if you are looking for a place that has access to food and mountain.

Came for a weekend, 3 minutes drive from MT snow drop off parking lot. If you have to do ski on /off this in not the place for you but if you would like to pay 1/2 of that cost than stay here. We had a room on the bottom floor (room 118) there is a second door from the room that gets you to your car quickly. Kids enjoyed playing pool ($1 per game) and darts (free) hot tub was working,

We didn't stay long enough to enjoy much, but it was still nice and next time I will be staying longer to enjoy some of the things they offer.

It is outdated. More like a motel…don’t bother to pay extra for “mountain view” room. There were hair in the bathtub. Room were very noisy. Will never stay here again.
