I wish the restaurant and Whirpool were open but overall a nice place that was clean and friendly. would definitely come back.
Comfortable room. Absent staff
The people were friendly and the rooms were clean, but there was a heavy dog-like smell in the room and the window pane was broken, so it wouldn't shut completely. The tavern was also closed, which put a damper on things.
Their was only staff at desk certain hours but asked for extra towels before she left and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Would stay again if needed.
I stayed April 16-18. First of all, i do not think the room was even cleaned before arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom and it had no soap, towels, garbage bags etc. Even a tip envelope with $5 was still sitting on the desk. Room service ended up not coming to clean our room throughout our stay either. Then on Easter I went to grab something from my car and got locked outside. I was given a code for Saturday that ended up not being the same code for Sunday. I was locked out in the cold in a tshirt without my phone for about an hour until my boyfriend came to the door wondering what was taking me so long. I ended up having to waste my gas to warm up in my car because it got so cold. This is completely unacceptable. My boyfriend and I were forced to spend Easter in the hotel after that afraid we wouldn’t be able to get back in. If I had been by myself I would have been locked out until another guest came which could have possibly not been til the morning which is once again beyond unacceptable. Lastly, there was never anyone at the desk to assist in the countless problems we had. I come to mount snow almost every weekend and have never had an experience as bad as this. Stay away!
Easy check in after hours. Phone battery stayed alive long enough. Good location. Bathroom was dirty though.
I'm old school, I like to check in and check out with a person. Snacks in the lobby were nice. Breakfast was ok, good coffee.
Everything was good except for an overwhelming musty smell in the room. We had to purchase some candles to cover up the scent. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 8 AM. They didn’t get set up until 830.
The staff was extremely pleasant and super helpful. She was very kind and helpful when we got locked out of our room. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and that was a huge inconvenience because I booked this place to be able to use the hot tub.
NICE ROOM FOR A FAIR PRICE.. CLOSE TO THE SLOPES TO GET TO. A LITTLE FURTHER THAN I WOULD WALK AS WE DROVE THERE BUT YOU COULD DO IT IF NECESSARY. THE BREAKFAST WAS FINE AND THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT.
