IEThe room - the view, the bed, the size. Nice high ceilings with lots of light but also had really good blackout curtains. It had a coffee machine with water and coffee restocked daily, big plus. The location - you really can't go wrong. Easy to access (on foot) and so central. Halfway between old town and castle, right next to many sites. We booked because of the location and were not disappointed. The breakfast was excellent and served from 7-10 so works for everyone. A small hotel, with staff that really take your comfort and visit seriously. We'd stay again.
It's on a bustling street, and the windows didn't quite keep out the noise. Wasn't really an issue during the night but if you're an early to bed/sleep in person, you may want to request a room at the back of the hotel. The shower. No pressure at all on day 1. It was fixed but while it was an improvement, pressure still kept coming and going and wasn't consistent. Temperature also kept dropping or heating up randomly, however, while we were there, we saw that a water heater was being installed, so this was probably addressed. They recommended leaving keys with reception when you go out, but when we were checking in, the receptionist had to step away from the desk for a minute and a guest came in and didn't want to wait, so went behind the desk and took their key. They could have easily taken any key so, we just kept ours (which wasn't an issue) but would recommend to the hotel to secure the keys l, perhaps in the office or put a door on the cabinet that can be locked when they have to step away for a minute.

De ligging is top maar vraag best een kamer die niet aan de straatkant ligt want er is wel redelijk wat straatlawaai. Dit is de straat die naar het grote plein gaat en waar dus veel volk passeert. Goed ontbijt, maar redelijk klassiek.

Water pressure in my shower was poor, but the hotel addressed it.

GBWe really like the location it was Central to everything and easy to find the hotel the transfer from the airport was efficient we also liked our room which was spacious and provided wine glasses for us,which was a nice touch the shower was very good the staff were very good and the breakfast was plentiful and varied.
