AUThe staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Location is unbeatable in the heart of Old Town and near everything that is abuzz in Krakow. Breakfast was included and exceptional, the fresh made scrambled eggs are a very nice and appreciated touch.
Nothing- all good for me. If you have a mobility issue, avoid the fourth floor as that requires steps to get to.
GBWe really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were great and friendly. Big clean room at the back so had no street noise. Fantastic breakfast and all in a perfect location.
