"Location& staff made the stay great"

Mostly everything, just don't get stuck in rm 105, AC so noisy. Staff moved us up a floor, that made the stay excellent. Location, staff made the stay great

L’hôtel est très bien situé, confortable, qui permet de visiter le centre-ville sans déplacements inutiles. Le personnel de l’hôtel est particulièrement agréable. Un remerciement spécial à la dame qui a effectué notre check out

L’appareil pour l’air conditionné de la chambre fait un bruit anormal. Comme nous n’en avons pas eu besoin tout le temps, cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Il a plu à un certain moment et la pluie faisait énormément de bruit en se déversant sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Heureusement c’était pendant la journée et cela aussi ne nous a pas dérangés, mais est-ce qu’il y a un problème de gouttière?
