My City Hotel

The check-in process went really well with the staff being very clear. Also very helpful in terms of giving directions etc. The location was exceptional, 5 minutes from the Town Square which was our meeting point for a couple of tours and also a lot of restaurants and bars around that area as well as museums etc. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the facilities were good in general. The room was spacious and ear plugs were provided due to a couple of noisy bars outside the hotel which obviously is not the fault of the hotel so they tried to do what they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was good as there were plenty of options and the food was nice and fresh.

The bar seating area was very strange. Needs rearranging, maybe with different furniture. Was like sitting in a Conference Room. However, the service and bar staff were good. The fruit juices at breakfast were out of a machine and tasted extremely watery. Fresh juice at breakfast is a must for a lot of people. I did not have any juice after the first day as it was terrible.

Great location, really close to the historic part of Tallinn. friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast and they looked after our bags before check in and check out which is really helpful, they also helped get our room ready early as we were tired and it was raining

L'emplacement exceptionnel dans le vieux Tallinn a cote de bars et restaurants,rue tranquille,le petit dejeuner est trés bien, le restaurant est trés bon et les assiettes bien présentées,le personnel est trés professionelle.

Hotelli todella siisti ja hyvät sängyt. Hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti. Perusaamiainen, mutta se oli riittävä ja oikein maistuva.

Lähtöaamuna, ollessamme aamupalalla, niin sillä aikaa huoneessamme oli käyty ja meiltä oli viety rahapussista rahaa. Meillä oli käytössä tallelokero, mutta lähtöaamuna rahapussit jäi pöydälle aamupalalla käynnin ajaksi..

Прекрасное местоположение, отличный персонал. Очень понравился завтрак. Разнообразный и вкусный. Комната удобная, просторная.

Friendly accommodating staff. Spacious, clean room with king sized bed and fridge. Good breakfast. Perfect location…right in Old Town. Definitely stay here while exploring Tallinn.

It was such a great location!

This hotel is perfectly located. On the edge of the d town but not noisy. Walking distance to everything I can as interested in.

A bit dated.

- das Zimmer im 5. Stock, kleines Zimmer, nur Oberlicht - die Qualität des Frühstücks, zwar umfangreich aber die Qualität der Lebensmittel war nicht so gut (Eier, kl. Pfannkuchen, Brot usw.)
