"Excellent City Centre Hotel"

An excellent Hotel. Well located and in a lovely building with attractive interior and friendly and efficient service. My room was comfortable, attractive and well appointed and each component of the buffet breakfast was well prepared, excellent and enjoyable. If ever in Tallinn again I would stay here again.

This was a last minute booking for us as the hotel we had booked fell through. Overall positive experience here - staff were helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. Great location just at the edge of the old city! Loved that the luggage storage room was locked!

Front desk tended to get overwhelmed when there was a line of customers- could investigate ways to streamline, such as an online checkout system.

"Ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage"

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt um die Ecke beginnt die schöne Altstadt. Zum Frühstücksraum gehören mehrere kleine Nischen, was uns sehr gut gefiel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

"A good hotel for sightseeing"

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is perfect for a city break. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff was fine, though not particularly friendly. Overall, we would stay there again.

One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because it stated that parking was available. When we arrived, however, we were told that we could only park for one night, not two. The explanation didn't seem convincing to us. There was no discount for parking in a parking garage, so we had to find a parking spot on our own.

"Mycket fräscht och välutrustat hotell Tallinn, vi kom med bil och hund och allt fungerade perfekt."

Det mesta var faktiskt perfekt. Läget, rent och fräscht, mycket bra utrustat rum, trevlig personal, bra frukost, bra parkering (bokas), hundvänligt (bokas).

Ingenting faktiskt :)
