Downtown Bed and Breakfast

Cute little hotel run by a friendly couple - about 25 minutes walk to Wellington St. Very clean and very good service.

Neat place to stay. Colourful furniture and welcoming staff!

The place is a cozy town house with multiple rooms on the second floor. The bathroom is shared among all rooms, but was clean nevertheless. The only major drawback was the noise since it is a sleep-early-raise-early type of gig. The owners are up and running from around 6am and it is difficult not to hear them in the morning. Also the breakfast is only served from 730 to 930am and was a little dissapointing (just bread, butter and jam). The owners are an unconvential couple, but really nice people willing to help out with recommendations about sightseeing, food etc. We had a good time there.

Location very good. Host very helpful. Hotel quite cluttered and tired. Shared bathroom had to cater for both floor one and floor two guests as ground floor bathroom was not producing hot water .... challenging at high use age times when many people want to use facilities.....(toilette)!

20 min walk from Parliament Hill. Friendly owners. Great experience overall.

Host was very friendly. However, there were 8 guests sharing only 2 bathrooms. I have stayed in hostels with better amenities. Breakfast consisted of toast/jam/instant coffee. Not good value.

The bed is not confortable and needs to be changed. Their is no air conditioning the room temperature was at 29 deg C.

Charming place with good vibes. Run by an interesting, if not altogether conventional, couple who have a real respect for privacy and hospitality. Recommended for students or young couples. Incredibly convenient location for museum-minded tourists.
