Katy House Bed and Breakfast

This was one of the best B&B experiences I've ever had. The host, Tiffany, pays attention to every detail, making sure the room is fully stocked with anything you might need, making amazing breakfast, and being the cheeriest host i've ever had. Extremely recommended to get a great rest in this beautiful area.

Katy House provided a comfortable, restful getaway. Our cottage had everything we needed, Including a porch for enjoying our morning coffee. We loved the small town shopping and dining experience. Honey's Pizza and the Front Room Wine Bar were great. Smithville is such a treat. We will be back.
