Vacation Village at Williamsburg

It’s was quiet, pool and activities were fun.

Our door was nearly impossible to open. There was a dirty glass outside our door upon arrival which was never removed. Coffee in the lounge was horrible.

The Staff and faculty were great. My family enjoyed our stay. The pools and amenities were the grandkids favorite

The property at Vacation Village was very clean and spacious! Enjoyed my stay and the closeness to all the things to do in the sorrounding areas.

This used to be a better place to stay. This no longer seems to be a family friendly place. The music at the pool is way too loud and the choice of songs vulgar at times. We can understand there are no life guards but parents no longer keep an eye on their “older” kids so they run free and cause havoc for the he younger kids with their foul mouths. You pay kids to sit at the pool desk but why?? All they do is play cornhole and/or play on their phones, Basically a waste of money! The pickleball/tennis courts were closed half the visit and the courts that were open, again, they are over run by the foul mouth kids destroying everything. There should be some kind of “security” or someone keeping kids in check. It’s all disrespectful to the people who purchased and pay the maintenance fees every year. The fees that go up and up each year so that the “day renters” or “free weekenders” run the place down. Then there is the garbage problem! People are just tossing their garbage on the porches or lawns as they leave. Then the animals get in it and spread it everywhere. You get charged $150.00 deposit upon check in incase of damages so why don’t you keep some of that for the people who do not take their garbage to the dumpsters as outlined in your rules. We will add that the pool seems cleaner than past years and the grounds seem to be getting well deserve maintenance. But again, this won’t help improve anything if people are left to run a muck and destroy the place. Each year it gets worse.
