This spacious suite has a seasonal fireplace, dining area, two full bathrooms, a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a living room with a sofa bed. A kitchenette is provided. Please note, most Superior Two-Bedroom Suites are located on the upper level (2nd floor) and are accessible only by stairs. "A kitchenette is provided" which includes all appliances of a Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite with the exception of an oven. You will have a two burner cook top instead.

"With this property having bed bugs and male members of housekeeping attempting to enter my room without permission, I wo"

The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. The indoor pool was cloudy and dirty looking.

The unit I was initially assigned had bed bugs, which resulted in me getting bit several times & having to switch units at 6 am with 3 small kids in the middle of a storm. Then, that night in the new unit, at 11 PM a male member of housekeeping attempted to enter my room with his own key, claiming I had requested blankets. My kids and I were all sleep before he decided to do that (luckily I had the silver latch at the top pushed over so no one could enter), but was awakened and uncomfortable the rest of the night. I still have not received my refund as promised.

"Loved our stay!!"

We absolutely love staying at Vacation Village of Williamsburg. It's one of our favorite resorts. Front desk staff and maintenance is very friendly and quick to solve any problems.

"A bit disappointing"

This was the second time staying here and was disappointed. Pools were dirty, found used bandaids floating around. Room amenities were different than first time with no stove top. Didn't enjoy stay this time.

"Peaceful and relaxed, just what we wanted."

The bedrooms and beds were very clean as well as the bathrooms and kitchen and living areas. Clean linen in bedrooms and bathrooms. We liked the flooring in the unit we were in. No carpet, I have allergies and the flooring in there went good for me.

We were pleased with everything. It was a busy time when we visited, so checking in took a little longer, but not bad. One thing that needs to be checked though is cooking pots and pans. I had to call and have something brought over, which was handled in a timely manner.
