This a huge resort and it felt like they were not very helpful as we received multiple texts indicating they were ready for use at 3ish and they were not. Even at 4pm our room wasn’t available until my wife spoke to the manager. The concierge doesn’t help setting up any tickets only hands out the parking pass.

The room was extremely dirty, you did not want to take your shoes off. The furniture was stained, the sheets are like cardboard, and the room in general was so dirty it was gross. It was like staying in a 1980s timeshare that has not had a deep clean or renovation since that time. The amenities were limited and crowded. Very bad cell phone service (Verizon) and no internet access on the phone. The tvs are old and small. Nothing good to say about this place. Don't waste your time or money.

I would NEVER use this resort again. Booked a non-refundable stay and front desk and manager were COMPLETELY inflexible when we experienced a family emergency. We tried to push our stay back two nights to a WEEKNIGHT from a weekend and they would do nothing. We spent $350 and never set foot on the property. I would never rent from this property again.
