Vacation Village at Williamsburg

If you bring kids let them bring they video games. They charge for the "arcade" really not much to do. Other then the pool and gym. The rooms were nice except the mattresses.

The place had tons of room for our large family to gather for meals and to spend time together.

I noticed a few bugs. you may want to call for a follow-up from the exterminator company.

Location, the size of the unit was great the pool was excellent.

Needed more cleaning done all around.

Fully equipped Kitchen, layout

Mattress too firm, bathtub jacuzzi did not work, floor dusty (broom provided but no mop), location is inconvenient for attractions and stores. Front Desk double-charged $ 150 deposit. Dumpster for trash very far away.

The Rooms/Apartments were spacious for the price, but the why on that is answered below. Pool area was nice.

Had to walk upstairs with luggage. There were ROACHES in the room that came out when we were watching TV. Both in the Kitchen/Living Room and Master Bathroom. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS! Could barely sleep. When I reported it to the front desk, they were not shocked and offered to rebate the "resort fees". Turns out that this basically nothing. STAY AWAY!!!

Clean room. Comfortable and convenient.

The couch could use end tables and pillows. Do not advertise volleyball court if you aren't going to maintain it. The kids were looking forward to it and were disappointed when they saw the condition it was in.
