Please note, most Superior Two-Bedroom Suites are located on the upper level (2nd floor) and are accessible only by stairs. "A kitchenette is provided" which includes all appliances of a Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite with the exception of an oven. You will have a two burner cook top instead.

"Customer Service Outstanding"

My husband, 1-year-old, daughter and I stayed for the week. The first unit we were in was infested with ants, which was a big bummer because we did not discover it until we were settled into the unit. HOWEVER, when we let a customer service representative - Anicia - know, she immediately thanked us for telling them and quickly set us up with another unit that was beautiful, clean, and free of ants.:) The rest of our stay was lovely. We appreciated the layout of the unit and the resort and would go back again.

"Great week in Williamsburg"

Great week at Vacation Village at Williamsburg and would stay again. Best part: it was close to all Historical sides, Richmond Road aka Restaurant row, and Busch Gardens…main reason for overall 5. Pool/pool area was nice though we didn’t have time in the day to use it—we hung around at night. Walked around at night and felt safe.
