Super 8 by Wyndham Spartanburg/I-26 Exit 22

This place was the dirtiest nastiest place i have ever stayed in. The shower curtain was meadowed. The tub was dirty. The blankets had cigarette burns. Even the replacement blanket had cigarette burns.The floor was so dirty my feet were black from walking on for less than 30 minutes. Never would book here again.

This was the worst sham. I made a mistake in the dates requested, but couldn’t change it right away. The motel/hotel stated no refund for reservations. It was on the last page clearly, but only to seen clearly after the mistaken confirmation. Should have been listed upfront. It took 5 phone calls to get a rep to speak to. He was polite , but could only offer $12 dollars on a $95 charge. I truly feel this is EXTORTION! As I waited to get a rep on the phone I was looking at the reviews of how terrible the place was; cleanliness, bugs, etc. Is this how they make money off the unsuspecting customer? Not good customer service. I was going to be traveling from Virginia to North Carolina. I’m 65 and needed a safe place, not this one. I had to cancel, it spoiled my travel plans. I will pursue a refund, but buyer beware. Do read reviews before, especially about dumps like this one! Not recommended!!!

Woken up at 3:00am to a man banging on my door. Told wrong room twice and kept asking if I was sure and banging on the door. Glad was woken up because there were bedbugs and now have bites. Even on my face.

The hotel was just fine for two stars, the reception doesn't know about earning points though. Overall very nice. Thank you

Had to slam door hard to get it to closed

No Air conditioning...Had to stay in smoking room...No Towels or pillow cases...used soaps in bathroom... New person at counter...Said maintenance crew left early

The comforter had cigarette burns, the white towels had stains, one of the two beds was dirty and even had hairs in it. First night I walked barefoot and the bottom of my feet were black. Someone was even held up at gunpoint, in the parking lot. This place needs to be sold and the super 8 name removed, or burned down. Given the state of the hotel, burning down will probably happen on its own.

No towels, phone not work, no water pressure, no hot water, old food in refrigerator

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS, loud tenants, active lover quarrel next door. The super attractive girl at the desk did comp us our first night on account of bed bugs. But other than that, horrible experience
