The first thing we encountered was that the face basin was clogged, it took several days to be cleared, room was not cleaned because housekeeper did not have extra key, air conditioning was not cooling although was reported several times but we were not able to change room as they were fully booked. when it became unbearable, it was after 9pm we told security of the problem we were having with he air conditioning, we asked if he could contact the manager for a change of room since that day they had lots of checked out, he did not have telephone number to contacted the manager, as to what we were told that the manager does not like to give out her telephone number, hence, security was unable to contact her.

I go to Negril every year, and usually stay at different resorts. This is the first time I stayed here, and I would definitely stay again. It's right at the end of the beach towards the Craft Market, and it's very quiet which is unusual on the other parts of the beach. Wendy at the front desk is outstanding, as are the other girls! Carmen the housekeeper was also great. The place is very clean and you feel right at home. The room was pretty as well, our room faced the ocean and it was beautiful.

"Great value for money at ideal beach location"

Great smaller hotel right at 7 mile long Negril beach. Very clean and sober rooms but more than adequate for a stay at the phenomenal beach, we were literally at a 100 meters from a refreshing dive !We couldn´t judge the breakfast due to the restaurant being closed because of the corona situation but the hotel compensated this.

On arrival the reception was in accessible as the doors were closed and the was no receptionist available to check us in, the keys to our room was given to us by a young man by the name of Melvin, the restaurant and bar were closed with no access to drinking water or food. There was no one available to provide any information regarding any emergency issues. The room looked unclean with caked dirt in the corner, the sink taps were disgusting, the air condition leaked, at my request we were moved to another room, however this room was only marginally better. There was water on the floor which appeared to be from the toilet when flushed. I would not recommend this property to anyone as a complete refurbishment is required to bring it up to a better standard, infection, prevention control does not appear to be a priority the management of this property. I would appreciate a full refund as I am very disapointed. A very dissatisfied customer Norma Kavanagh

"Don’t even think of booking here"

Ok booked this little resort well in advance on Booking.com. Instructions clearly state pay 50% at booking and balance due at the resort handled by resort at time of check in ok no problem i can use cash instead. Now this was booked in Jan 2020 for a stay in March. Well a week before arrival I received an email from Booking.com stating resort canceled my reservation due to insufficient funds, wait why are they trying to access my account I don’t arrive for another week to make the final balance payment as the instructions state. Tried calling but wrong number listed on Booking.com for the property. So I googled a phone number reached the correct resort. Nice young lady answered who could not help she needed the manager who wasn’t available at 2:00 pm on a Tuesday. Sent email via Booking.com. I asked them to stop trying to make the unauthorized debit on my account and I would pay the balance upon arrival in cash. The reply was check with the USA,Jamaica airport maybe closed. I again replied nothing closed still coming paying at the resort. The next afternoon I received email from Booking.com stating resort canceled reservation and deposit is forfeited. Again tried to get in touch with the manager and still waiting. I’m out of my deposit because of the thieves. You don’t try to access someone’s bank account unauthorized,that is fraud that’s why i have the protection. Simple email stating final payment due week before arrival would have avoided all stress . Now I’m forced to find another place to stay the week and out of my $ 261 deposit. Bad Business stay clear.
