Coral Seas Beach Resort

Rooms were clean,no complaints. House keeping staff was very friendly and kind no complaints Wifi - was extremely spotty..doesn’t really work ..had to walk to Times Square to use their free wifi that worked amazing Dinning- Food was amazing as always Dinning staff - service is very poor , they are not welcoming , they do not great you . When you place your food order they do not offer you anything to drink ..I’ve been to plenty of restaurants and the services was always good but for corals the 2 ladies have to be trained they’re extremely SLOWWW. Because of the poor service we went next door to travellers to eat and other restaurants . Overall my stay was good, just need to have the wifi improved and 2 waiters trained on their service .

We had a 3 night stay, the beach is lovely but quite a lot of hustlers trying to sell, there very polite but it can be a bit annoying when you just want to relax. The room we had was lovely,very relaxing and clean. Our only downfall was the lack of staff, like 1 person serving all day for meals drinks everything it would on average take 20 to even get a bottle of water from the bar. This is really unfair on the staff as guests we’re getting frustrated and speaking to them quite bluntly. Management need to sort this out.

The staff and room was great property was perfect and food was good.

Restaurant and bar service slow and not friendly. One other table of customers at restaurant and it took 10 min for waitress. Anothet 10 min for coffee Server ran out of coffee for third cup. Waited another 30 minutes wanted check no one came to the table. Time total almost an hr for two cups of coffee and two drops she put in the thurd cup before running out. Room service was not much better had three adults two kids. They gave us two towels and two glasses. When inquired about more they had to check if they had any extras from the hotel across the steet. Hours later we got two more towels. In the nean time we had to share our used towels.

Ground is clean well kept, staff was pleasant and try to make you comfortable with the little they have to work with. Did not like the fact that restaurant closed early, no entertainment on property and restaurants staff needs training especially the servers

It was ok. Needs updating but right on the beach. Breakfast on the beach was perfect.

The ocean view was beautiful. Room was spacious. It was the staff and unwanted rodents that I didn't like.

I have been going to Jamaica for over 35 years. And I have stayed at probly 90% of the places in Negril. Coral seas on the beach is my favorite. Every single person that work there was absolutely amazing. The office people, the maids, the grounds keepers, the security, the bartenders, the chef, The servers Very nice people. I felt very very safe with security. And everything is so clean. I will definitely be going back to coral seas on the beach.

Very quiet and clean. Front desk receptionist was very polite.
