Coral Seas Beach Resort

The locked on the door to enter was falling off the door. When we arrived, the AC was off and could not turn on although we tried with the remote. Finally, the outdated tv couldn’t change channels and the volume was stuck on loud and could not be lowered. When I contacted Travelocity about the issues cited above, the hotel attended to the matters immediately. Maintenance fixed the lock and AC and replaced the outdated tv with a flatscreen tv.

The location is what saved this booking. Gorgeous beach and not too busy. The property however needs updates, easy ones like new linens as all the towels and bedding were stained. The staff were either cranky or grudgingly helpful. I know Jamaica well and while there is laid back service and then there is outright rude. I'll not return no matter how inexpensive the deal.

Hotel is clean and on the beach. Location perfect for popular day and night spots. Staff are a little grumpy but we just went about our day. Rooms cleaned regularly. Breakfast was a good standard. Parking available on site. Tv and Wi-Fi available in rooms. We enjoyed our stay although we spent most of our time seeing the sights of Negril!

The beach and dining area was great. Breakfasts were very nice

The staff was not friendly. Ac was leaking water. The kitchen sink was leaking water and had roaches. The only thing that was nice the hotel was on the beach and the beach was beautiful.

Close to the beach food was great at a good price. Needs a fridge & coffeemaker

I loved coral seas beach resort because it is a very convenient location, close to the beach just like a 2-3 minute walk from the rooms. Staff is very friendly amd helpfull and my room was always clean. Great location and view of seven mile beach I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was ok,house keeping wasn’t great at all, left around the sink dirty, the bath towel and face towels soo old and worn out, The place say kitchen there was no stove they have taken it out I was told, so people don’t cook in their rooms so the restaurant there could make money, Restaurant the food was really good, very slow dinner will take up to an hour before we could get our food, The staff was not friendly at all
