Coral Seas Beach Resort

Just want to say a big Thanks to Andron at the front desk he’s such a Gem went above and beyond to ensure my stay was good. The property was well kept room as well, y’all need to get a pool tho but I enjoyed my stay.

Andron was very courteous and helpful, our short trip was well spent.

Although there was a bit of confusion with my booking (one room was under Garden Resort other was at Beach Resort) I must say I was VERY pleased with my stay and I would recommend it to anyone. My room was simple but roomy. There was WiFi, A/C, hot water, and one of the rooms also included a mini fridge which was great. You follow a small trail (not even a minute walk) toward the beach. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the front desk staff but that would not deter me from returning in the future.

Love the location, everyone there was great, just continue to keep up to date with the rooms, but overall it was a great time..

I loved the location, room was clean and tidy. They did not offer complimentary items such as shampoo,conditioner or coffee also seemed to be out of a lot of items on the menu 😢

Coral Seas Beach hotel was a great stay for me and Family of 13 ppl. Latanya was great in assisting and accommodating my group of 13 people. The hotel rooms were fresh and clean, the beach, lovely and quiet. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and great. My group enjoyed their stay and would stay there again.

the check in was fine. the hotel property was clean. the beach was great. there were guards on the property for our safety. the restaurant did not have many items on the menu, and the wait staff was not happy to be there. took a long time to be served. ice was not available. seems like there should be an ice machine for the quests.

Love the location. Right on the beach. Close to the middle of all the action. Perfect for attending the Stepping High Ganga Fest down the beach! The room was just a square with 2 beds and a TV. Thank goodness for AC too. No mini fridge. No iron. The pillows were hard. When asked about an iron I was told that the hotel was full so no iron available right now. There was one sitting behind the front desk. I guess there’s only 1 on the entire property and it was booked out. I was told by a guest that mini fridges were available if I asked for one. I asked and was told that the because the hotel was full that none was available. Huh?? Oh, and not even a courtesy bottle of water was in the room. There was no gift shop either where I could easily buy some water or snacks. The beach side restaurant served great Jamaican and American breakfast. Ackee and Saltfish with boiled ground provisions (green banana and yam), fried dumplings and blue mountain coffee ....plus that beautiful ocean can’t miss. I think I’ll try different accommodations when next I visit Negril!

Great location on the beach, rooms were spacious and clean. I spent a few days in the regular room and a few in a suite. There was always hot water and great shower pressure . Staff was always friendly and helpful. Very basic linens, no toiletries unless you ask, and WiFi was intermittent. I would stay again

I have stayed at many budget hotels in Negril. Coral Seas is among my top 2 in the disappointment category. The staff are helpful and the food and drinks were good. But the rooms I had were not kept up well. My room was dirty (cigarette butts from previous guests on the window sill and porch). My room was also flooded out due to 2 leaks and staff were slow to respond. At least they changed my room. Crystal at the front desk and the Security guard were really helpful when the flood occured after normal business hours. That was a plus.
