There are 2 suggestions . 1) Doors leading to the balcony has glass partition at the top so it becomes very bright early morning itself particularly in east facing rooms . So if there is a curtain / screen it will be helpful . 2) For complimentary snacks it is better if you keep snacks prepared by your chefs only instead of using stored / packaged snacks .

Breakfast, and restaraunt

Horrible bed, mattress was very very soft due to excess use. Sheets/comforter were unwashed, could smell earlier guests' cologne on that.
