It is a heritage property with lots of elements from the past

It can be noisy, as the main road runs past the hotel. There is also a big discrepancy amongst staff. Buffet trays can be left empty, and the level of attention can be lacking at times.

Wonderfully attentive service, beautiful communal areas

Cheaper rooms looked a little tired particularly in the bathroom but were spotlessly clean and very comfortable
