Coconut Palms Beach Resort II, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Location is good

AC is very loud! Couches very hard!

Location was near restaurants and shopping

No one attending the pool area. We had to guess how to get an umbrella and two chairs. We had to reuse pool towels all three nights. Pool and beach area had no kind of energy. No place to get water or snacks by the pool area, or inside the hotel.

I was traveling alone to meet up with family for a reunion at a different location…being a woman was a little concerned but I felt safe at this hotel.

It’s my understanding that they are doing some renovations…my room was comfortable but the bathroom needs an upgrade

The a/c unit n the room was very loud

The room was good, place was clean and close to everything

The pool closes too early. Closes at dusk. They say its because of the lack of lighting due to turtle nesting, But I know there are ways around that, as other places have lights by the pool.

Hotel was in great area. Was clean, comfortable. Nice staff. Love the room size.

Hotel was a little expensive for how old. Room 4408 ac was loud. Bath tub needs attention. Bed roof.need fixed. Outside ac upstairs leaked on boucony.

water was hot on demand / bed was comfortable / great location / staff was great

had to pay for parking
