Coconut Palms Beach Resort II, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Location was excellent to alot of attractions with the facility being very quiet.

Nothing negative to say but Monday could have been warmer

Everything! I've stayed in some resorts and they didn't even have a kitchen or microwave in the room. I'll definitely be back!

I didn't like that the balcony was too small 😕

It was beautiful, well stocked, very clean and fresh. It was very comfortable and accommodating with all the different appliances just like Home. The staff were absolutely excellent …Johnny on the spot to help however they could and it was extremely appreciated ! 😀

If I had to say one thing, it would be the parking was a little tight but when we had to park at night (two ladies) and walk across the street, the front desk clerk a gentleman escorted us to the parking lot and then to our room so we felt safe , which I thought was absolutely wonderful!

Everyone at the hotel was nice and friendly.

We should have been told before we made the reservations that the beach in front of the hotel was closed for our entire stay there. That ruined the whole trip.

The elevators appeared to be recently refurbished.

Construction equipment was working day and night on the beach. The noise made sleeping difficult if not impossible.

We had 3 family stay there. My granddaughter started in a room with fleas in it. The second room they were going to put them in was dirty. The 3rd room, the 2nd bed, was wet. By this time, it was so late they stayed. They paid for a week. Their parents stayed in the 2nd room. My brothers room, the air handler, sounded like a train coming through the wall. Our room, the air handler, was so loud you couldn't sleep. We were at the pool, and a snake came out of the greenery and crossed the pool. My husband had to chase it out. My family all came to celebrate my birthday and retirement. It was not a good time.
