When I arrived, my room was ready before the time of check-in the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would book again if I am ever in NSB again.

"The rug in the room was filthy. Staff is very friendly but the rooms are very very dated."

The location is good. Love the 3 pools. They said they were heated but were very cold.

Couldn’t get in the room until 4:00. We were down 2 buildings from the main office. No free breakfast like it posted.

Comfortable bed, good shower clean facility

A facilities fee we weren’t expecting. A parking fee which I never saw mentioned when I made the booking. Poor insulation so we could hear the conversation and TV in the next room and a very small balcony only deep enough to stand on.
