Fabulous location, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Friendly welcome, good facilities, quiet location.

We had a downstairs apartment and the footsteps of the guests in the apartment above could be quite loud. Perhaps carpet or rugs would help to dampen the noise.

Perfect Falmouth location. Clean, spacious rooms and well maintained and beautiful property.

There’s nothing we didn’t like

The room was clean.

I reserved a room with a balcony but was not given one. This is a time share property and the owners get first pick. Our view was the black bars of the fence around the pool.

The hotel's location is great! Not every room has an ocean-facing view, but if I kept the screen door open, I could see it from the bed at an angle. Parking is included, but make sure you keep the pass they give you on your dashboard. The room itself was adequately sized for two.

Even a great hotel can't control the weather, nor can they control the paving of the waterfront parking lot across the street. Fortunately, I like the smell of hot asphalt. The good news is that, by the time you read this, it'll be long since done.
