Front desk and Lobby bar employees were all heads down on their phones when we approached. Did not greet us for about 15 seconds while we stood at desk or bar. Worst I’ve ever seen.

Awesome location, beautiful inside, great activities as well. Though, I was not impressed with the cleanliness or attention to detail of the room. Our mini fridge had multiple opened drinks and bottles in it that were missed by the cleaning team. The rooms are also extremely hot and uncomfortable in the winter. If you’re going to have a central location in downtown close to everything with a little bit of history, I highly recommend. Otherwise I’d stay somewhere else.

Probably the best hotel stay ever. Stayed in the Founders Suite with the fireplace- the room was stunning with amazing views. The staff was incredible and the vibe of the hotel is amazing.

This place was incredible. Location was amazing. Staff were professional and helpful. There's so much to do in the hotel, as well as within 1 mile of it, you'll have no chance to do it all in one week. The atmosphere in the hotel is luxurious without feeling luxurious. The restaurants served delicious food. It was just a wonderful experience all around. Beds and pillows were great too.
