Garden Place Hotel

This is a disgusting hotel. Trash in the stair well, a huge trash pile behind the hotel that's a haven for vermin, filthy carpet in the stairwell. One microwave in the hallway for entire floor. I'm surprised the health department has shut the place down.

The breakfast at the hotel was horrible. Do not pay the high price for horrible food!!!

The rooms smelled awful and were not clean You had to wait an hour to check out because the desk person was running the shuttle to and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of anything Would never stay there again or recommend it

Great front desk and reception

So disappointing, very misleading website. We were shown a beautiful bar & restaurant. NO BAR & NO RESTAURANT. We looked passed that and signed-in, got to our rooms and the sheets were stained and hair everywhere. Gross, we were promised a full refund, Rashiki promised a full refund. He did not make good on his promise.

Interesting theme in the hotel. O booked it for the convenience right off the highway for a long road trip. Had a very comfortable stay in what seemed to be a fairly recently renovated building. Not HIGH class, but above average for the $$. Certainly would recommend.

This hotel has obviously seen better days, but if you're looking for a comparatively inexpensive overnight stop in Buffalo, it can't be beat—and there is a GREAT restaurant down the road called "Neat" (you know, like how you drink your scotch).

Really beautiful property, extremely comfortable rooms! Room service didn't stop by from what it looked like a few times but other than that was a lovely experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The first floor bed room is beautiful. The bed is so plush and comfortable that I had two of the best nights sleep in a long time. The carpet needs replaced due to it buckling. Overall a very pleasant stay.
