Most important: always sunny! We have had no time when we had no sunny days all day long. The best restaurant is next to the gas station so no panic for the missing half board. Location of the place is greater than any other. Teide is close, Los Gigantes also, Masca also. Orca and dolphin trips also start from there. The area is not busy and crowded. Hotel was Extremely clean. Pool area was cleaned every morning. So if it is your place if you’re a tidy person. Staffs were really nice and helpful. We had a problem with some kids but they managed it promptly and we got a separated new room. The whole hotel was well equipped and breakfast was great as well. Thanks for the staff, we will definitely comeback again!

At the same time there was a kinda school trip. They were out during the day but arrived back at 6pm and were a bit noisy. It is not the hotel’s fault, rather the teacher who managed kids.

Excellent emplacement, service au top

Close to the beach. It’s clean and nice, I like the rooms and the views.

Considering that it’s summer and people are going often to the beach, I would’ve liked a 2 day clean-up in the room, because of the sand/dust that is coming inside the room. Would be nice to add some options for cold cuts at the breakfast, at least to alternate them.

La struttura era molto carina, molto Nuovo abbastanza tutto lo staff molto gentile…

State attenti quando prenotate questa struttura, perché non è scontato che la colazione sia compresa. Non so se ti inganno è da parte di Booking o da parte della struttura e per quanto riguarda le pulizie della camera non sono tutti i giorni e ogni tre giorni questo purtroppo non c’è scritto.!!!!!

L’emplacement est top ainsi que les activités proposés dans l’hôtel. La chambre est super. Le personnel était très gentil.

Le lit double était deux lits simples, ils n’étaient pas trop confortables.
