Staff when I arrived were very understanding when I explained that the 5th floor was unsuitable as my grandson had a walking disability and immediately moved us to Ground floor.

Television was broken and it didn't get replaced during our stay.

It was clean and the staff were friendly

The bed was 2 beds put together. That’s pretty standard practice in hotels. However, the left side of the bed was about 6 inches lower than the right. The bathroom was very dated. There were a lot of switches in the room that appeared to do nothing. There was only 1 lamp that worked in the bedroom.
