"Excellent Staff, Hotel itself needs updating"

It was easy to find , straight off the motorway Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast and Dinner were excellent and good value for money.

The hotel was dated and the room would benefit from some refurbishing Although the bedding and towels were clean, the room itself was very dusty.

Such good value for money. Great being just outside of Liverpool. Spa facilities were great I used the pool and sauna jacuzzi both morning and evening. Staff were very helpful. We ordered our food in the evening and brought to room which was great as it’s what we wanted. We paid £20 extra for late check out which was brilliant. Thick blackout curtains so I had the best sleep without waking and I am a light sleeper. The bed was unreal. Tv in the bedroom and in the living area. Absolutely outstanding for the money.

Bathroom was a little tight but I got ready in the changing room of the pool which had showers, hairdryers dressing tables so I was very happy. My partner had breakfast which he said was fantastic so we were both happy.
