It’s a little dated, but the room was big with a separate lounge area with sofa and a table

The shower taps were a bit broken so it was tricky turning them off, and the lids to the soap and shampoo bottles were broken so you couldn’t use them at all

"Avoid this 4*(???) Hotel."

Pool was good feature

Electricals in bedrooms either missing or not working, including toilet!!! Handles missing from windows. TV and lights in bedrooms didn't work. Chipped tiles and had to wait for breakfast items. Was also remote - industrial site by appearances. Reception dont answer phone and at times left unattended.

I liked everything ! The suites, the pool, the restaurant. The Staff. Everything was lovely. This place has a bad reputation from previous years - but that needs to be ignored now. It's clean , it's comfortable, it's very secure and I proved the person I travelled with wrong. Don't shy away based on anything you have read or heard. It's really nice inside! I didn't want to leave actually.

Neither of The T.Vs in the suite would connect to the Internet so we couldn't log in to our Netflix for a film..

I will never stay there again my windows In my room didn't open I had to leave because I had a panic attack and I had a asmerattack am sure that's agenst hotel policies I had to go the hospital that night I want my money back because I will never go there again
