"Good but don't eat there!"

Staff were super helpful all the time. The room was excellent with a separate bedroom and living area. Great location if visiting Knowsley safari park Used the pool and leisure facilities which were free to hotel guests

Couple of issues with room- safe not working. Staff did look at it and offer to move us to another room which was great customer service. One of the lights didn't work Hotel restaurant standard of food was very basic and although I had one of the specials, it clearly was not fresh not as described

"Nice hotel close to Aintree racecourse with large rooms and nice breakfast"

Stayed at hotel for a trip to Aintree grand national and was satisfied on the size of the room. Plenty of secure car parking spaces and the bar and restaurant was comfortable and morning buffet breakfast was perfect, albeit, I would suggest they install an extra coffee machine to prevent large queue. Defo choose this hotel again when going to the races

Stayed there quite a few times now. Pool is great. The bar has a nice cosy atmosphere. Last time we went the restaurant the steak was amazing. Definitely worth paying the extra for the breakfast

Can't think of anything we didn't like. We struggled for parking but the hotel was very busy and we did end up getting a space
