The property is very well located, clean, and comfortable. The value paid definitely matched the quality of service and overall experience.

The only downside was that the pool water felt a bit too warm.

We liked the hotel's location and the full kitchen, which was equipped with good cookware and everything needed for cooking. We were checked in much earlier than usual—a special thank you for that! It was clean and comfortable.

I'm here meeting the rest of my family for a family getaway in Florida. I did have a very late check-in due to my flight being delayed over 12 hours! My room is as far away from my family as it could be. I asked to be moved and it was too much trouble. I would have been happy to wait until people checked out. Not an option, too much trouble. My room is beneath a family with kids and it's very noisy. The front desk was less than helpful. Is this Boutique,(?) hotel worth over $800 for 3 nights? Not in my opinion.

There is no kettle in the room. I had to boil water for tea in a saucepan.

It was not crowded. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

First day, we had to run the hot water for a long time to get it actually hot. Also, we could hear everything from the neighbors next door.
