"Tranquil and peaceful with kitchen and great facilities. Short walk to a lovely public beach."

Very quiet and great view of nature from balcony. Front-desk staff was very helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked, could not have asked for better. Covered parking. The back deck area is super nice! There is even an entertainment room and gym by the pool area.

The carpet and all upholstery looked stained/dirty. If they changed the carpet in the bedroom with some laminated flooring I'd go back for sure.

The problem I have it's with booking.com. I think. They had a water problem where we stayed. The location was lovely. We were promised to credit for the water problem and we should have gotten our deposit back but got neither of these. There is hardly any way to get this across the bookings.com who should be following up since a I believe got the money to distribute.

Two things and I don't know who is at fault. The first is we didn't get our deposit back. The second is we were supposed to get a credit for a water problem which we didn't receive. What I didn't like is the fact that I couldn't contact bookings.com to see where they were in the process of the credits. Give it a try see if it's easy for you. They don't seem to want to talk to their customers about problems.
