Location. Room size.

Refrigerator didn't work. We had to throw away our food. Drawers were missing handles. No one was ever at the front desk. We went to complain and no one answer the bell even over the speaker. The "back in 15 minutes" sign was always there.

Nice room. Reasonanly priced..Helpful staff..On the coast. Near Rugged Point which is a great place. Nearst Hearst Castle, amazing.
