Location was great. Staff were really nice

The ADA rooms were spacious. But the beds were to hard to get on. Especially when you have someone who has a disability. The beds are too high and not safe for a disabled person. Communication was hard because the front desk person was not there and they answered through a ring camera.

The beds were comfortable, the room was big. I had only one day to see Big Sur so the location was convenient, it allowed us to go to all places we had in our list from San Simeon to Carmel. The location is just besides the road but it is not noisy. Breakfast was ok and no extra charges were applied for anything.

Toilet needs renovation and slightly high priced for type of hotel
