Beautiful room, great staff, park is exquisite!

A very homely hotel with the feel of a boutique hotel. Its location next to the Retiro park is ideal. The staff were super helpful. Initially I was told there was a charge for parking but on discovering the rental was hybrid they just parked it in one of the cities free spots. The room was amazing and break room intimate with a lovely selection of buffet and delivered to table items.

Could have had more information on local museums and public transport options. No concierge.

All aspects of the service in the hotel were excellent. In particular, the breakfast food was excellent and the service was excellent.

The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the room we were allocated, although very spacious, did not have much natural light and was therefore dark. The bed was also a bit soft.
