Property is in a great location with river views.

So glad we opted for this spot on our NE road trip. It’s lovely! Our colorful room and fireplace were so inviting. Then you walk out your door and sit with a glass of wine watching the marina. It’s s 10 🙌 the entire town is perfect.

The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable. and well laid out!

Property has great views of the river. Nicely decorated. Only con is not much staff around - a bit self service for the price. But, I guess the Inn has staff shortage like much of Maine.

The Yachtsman was unique in that the "front" didn't appear great but inside the room was very nice. The main attraction is on the patio out back where every room has an amazing view of the river & marina. It's so peaceful to sit & watch the kayakers, boats, ducks, etc. go up & down the river. Bonus - the room has a Keurig machine & stocked mini-fridge. There is also coffee in the "office" area and a pastry is delivered each morning to your room. Only suggestion is that black tea is also offered for tea drinkers. Also have milk available for those who do not like cream. Otherwise, it is a great place near downtown! Improvements-

Everything about this destination was great and I really felt relaxed and totally satisfied with our stay.

Charming newly renovated room with many amenities. Big sliding glass door out to a private patio, with gorgeous view of the Kennybunk river. We will definitely stay here when we return.
