Patio was the best

Gorgeous location and very posh modern rooms. Lack of food options though.

My wife and I were there for a 3 day vacation. Contactless registration and room access worked flawlessly. Room was clean and lovely. Private area outside looking out on the marina was beautiful and very peaceful. We highly recommend this hotel and will come back to stay here next time we're in Maine.

Hotel is in a great location but no service which was frustrating for the price. No frills hotel but right on the water. Rooms are super nice.

I absolutely loved this hotel, yes it’s a little pricey but all the nice hotels in the area seem to be around the same. Motels are an option if you want something for $100 a night. This hotel is gorgeous, room is lovely and they had a lovely touch of delivering a contactless breakfast each morning. The cherry on top is your own personal seating area out back right on the marina, gorgeous setting. A lot of the amenities weren’t yet open when we stayed in May but I loved this place. Would highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in Kennebunkport! Large, clean, well appointed rooms with covered and uncovered outdoor spaces directly on the water. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and amenities including free breakfast and bikes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.

Nice place to stay

Due to the COVID situation, my biggest concern is the safety of the property. This place hits everything I was looking for. The property is a simple row of guest houses/suites, with one side as parking and another side being your little private lawns/patios with beautiful river view, meaning I don’t share indoor space with anyone at any time. No check in/out in person. You download an APP and the key would be good to go at the day you check in. Continental breakfast was hanging outside the door every morning. The location is great if you wouldn’t mind walking 10 minutes to the town center with all restaurants. Room is clean and spacious. I would stay again.
